Congressman John Fleming, M.D. (LA-4), will join his fellow members of the GOP Doctors Caucus in urging repeal of IPAB at a news conference Wednesday morning in Washington. IPAB was created by Obamacare and is a 15-member board of unelected and unaccountable government bureaucrats who will make cuts to Medicare by deciding what care is available to seniors.
